Inzwischen hat das Barockorchester ein Repertoire mit einer Bandbreite vom barocken 17. Jahrhundert \u00fcber Klassik und Romantik bis in die Gegenwart. Auch zeitgen\u00f6ssische Komponisten wurden inspiriert, f\u00fcr ihre Barockinstrumente und ihre experimentelle, musikalische Neugier zu komponieren, sehr oft sogar mit explizit barockem Bezug. Mit diesem k\u00fcnstlerischen Credo hat das Freiburger Barockorchester die bekanntesten Konzerts\u00e4le der internationalen Musikszene erobert.
